At Johnny Padres BBQ, our mission is to provide exceptional catering services that bring people together. Based in Lincoln, NE, our family-owned business specializes in mouth-watering barbecue dishes, with smoked meats as our signature. John Clare, a devoted Padres fan and family man, brings the same passion, loyalty, and care to every event he caters, making each gathering truly unforgettable.

Ditalini pasta blended in a creamy sauce with 3 cheeses and baked for a crusted cheesy finish and lava like flow of goodness.
A BBQ staple with sauteed diced peppers, onions and bacon, finished in a whiskey sauce.
Smoked/chargrilled corn on the cob right off the grates.
All sauces are homemade and can be adjusted upon request.
